Elegance Aesthetics
As the Social Media Manager for Elegance Aesthetics Med Spa during its first year of business, Abigail focused on establishing and building the brand's digital presence through planning, capturing and editing photos and videos of real time aesthetic treatments. This included educational and trending content to help boost reach on social media platforms like Instagram, Youtube, Facebook and TikTok.
From concept planning to execution, Abigail handled all aspects of content creation—including photography, photo/video editing, and video production—ensuring every post aligned with brand aesthetic and current media trends.
In addition to content creation, she designed and launched promotional ads tailored to seasonal services, client highlights, and introductory offers, helping to drive awareness and foot traffic to the med spa. Through data analysis and insight tracking, I continuously optimized our campaigns to improve reach and conversion rates.
Abigail developed and maintained a consistent social media strategy across platforms, successfully doubling the follower count in the first 6 months, as well as increasing engagement metrics over 40%.
